We envision a collaborative world…  finding strategies that maximize value for everyone.

Our mission is to empower people and teams through joyful collaborative communication.

Supported by the lens of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg, our organization is small but we do great things. We strive to live by the principles we teach. We have a community of associates to help with larger projects, as we model the collaborative environments that we inspire to grow. Each one of us has decades of experience in facilitating change in organizations, families and within. Contact us to find out how we can help you.
